Heirloom Tomato Salad


Heirloom Tomato Salad
heirloom tomatoes (as many as your heart desires)
olive oil
salt
fresh basil (optional)
Cut the tomatoes into bite-size chunks (or slice thin for carpaccio). Drizzle a little olive oil over the tomatoes. Sprinkle some salt. Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
